2023
CAPP (Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology)
Fast forward 20 years, and the field of Positive Psychology is now robust with 2 decades of empirical evidence established. In order to get certified I completed a 9 month intensive training in positive psychology from one of the most established leading institutions on the topic.
2024
APPC (Applied Positive Psychology Coaching)
In order to adapt the science of well-being (Positive Psychology) to individual clients and contexts, I schooled myself in the art and science of coaching. What traditional psychology is to therapy, positive psychology is to coaching.
P.S: I also have a BA in Politics and Economics, my Master of Science, MCIPS, and CCMP all from my previous career before I became a mother and found my passion in positive psychology.
